Balanced Training

At Lonewolf K9, I believe in the power of balanced training. I use reward-based techniques to encourage dogs to learn new behaviors as well as training tools to correct any unwanted behaviors. I believe that training should be enjoyable for both dogs and their owners, and my methods reflect this belief.

Behavior Modification Programs

I offer behavior modification programs that are designed to help dogs overcome unwanted behaviors such as aggression, and reactivity towards people and other dogs. I use a combination of training techniques to help dogs learn new coping mechanisms.

Meet Your Trainer

Hi, I'm Alexandra!

My dog training journey kicked off in 2020 when I brought home a 10-week-old Red Doberman named Dracarys (yes, like the dragon - fitting, right?). I was looking for a loyal protector and ended up with a four legged fireball who also happened to become my greatest teacher.

As we navigated training together, I fell head over paws for the process. Compliments on Dracarys' behavior started rolling in, and I thought, "Hey, maybe I'm onto something here!" So I dove in deeper, got certified, and turned my passion into a profession.

Fast forward to today, I've got six years immersed in the world of dog training and added two more incredible working dogs to the pack - Valko, a Belgian Malinois/ Dutch Shepherd cross with just as much drive as heart, and Sako, a Belgian Malinois whose versitility, athleticism, and eagerness to work constantly push me to grow as a trainer. All three of my dogs are active in dog sports such as Personal Protection training, Narcotics Detection, Fast Cat and Dock Diving to name a few. Each one brings a unique personality and challenge that continues to inspire me to keep learning.

But the best part? Helping other dog owners create calm, confident, and happy relationships with their pets. Seeing that transformation never gets old!
